INES OTT offers online exchanges for all orders on inesott.com. We gladly offer exchanges for the same color/value within 15 days of receiving your original order.

You may choose to return your purchase within five days after receiving your purchase.

If you would like to request a return for an order from outside of UY please send an email to info@inesott.com. Please be aware that original shipping costs and duties and taxes are non–refundable, and a $25 fee will be applied for any international order.

Please note that discount/sale purchases are final sale.

Items must be returned to us unused with all INES OTT tags and labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition.

A footwear return in a damaged shoebox or without the original shoebox cannot be accepted and will be sent back.

All returned items must be securely placed within original wrapping and include all accessories. Please pack your return in protective packaging for shipment.

INES OTT uses FedEx exclusively for all international orders. Negotiated rates are offered for all services. Duties and taxes are calculated at the payment stage at checkout.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. FedEx International Delivery Estimates: 3 - 5 business days (Monday to Friday).
