This website is operated by INES OTT. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. Our store is hosted on WIX.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
PRIVACY POLICY
INES OTT do not share or sell your personal information to third-party providers. Your personal details are only used during our payment, delivery and shipment process. Your email contact information is automatically added to our database for content brand distribution, you may choose to unsubscribe at any time.
PAYMENT
All payments made on www.inesott.com are secure. You may pay by credit card, Paypal, Bank Transfer or another alternative payment method specified to your geographical location.
International residents outside R.O.U. may choose the following payment methods:

Uruguayan residents may choose any of the following payment methods when purchasing an item in our site:

SHIPPING INFORMATION
INES OTT uses DHL exclusively for all international orders. Negotiated rates are offered for all services. Duties and taxes are calculated at the payment stage at checkout. To view a quote for duties and shipping rates to a particular address, please add items to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout for an estimate.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. DHL International Delivery Estimates: 4-6 business days (Monday to Friday).
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
INES OTT offers online exchanges for all orders on inesott.com. We gladly offer exchanges for the same color/value within 14 days of receiving your original order.
You may choose to return your purchase within five days after receiving your purchase.
If you would like to request a return for an order from outside of UY please send an email to info@inesott.com. Please be aware that original shipping costs and duties and taxes are non–refundable, and a $25 fee will be applied for any international order.
Please note that discount/sale purchases are final sale.
Items must be returned to us unused with all INES OTT tags and labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition.
A footwear return in a damaged shoebox or without the original shoebox cannot be accepted and will be sent back.
All returned items must be securely placed within original wrapping and include all accessories. Please pack your return in protective packaging for shipment.
